About This Journey

Mile by Mile: The World Unrushed was created as a place to slow down — to notice the quiet beauty of travel, the spaces between destinations, and the stories that unfold when we choose presence over pace.

I’ve always been drawn to journeys that allow time to breathe. The kind where walking a coastline, lingering over a meal, or returning to the same place more than once matters more than checking off a list. Where connection, curiosity, and reflection shape the experience as much as the destination itself.

This space is rooted in the belief that travel doesn’t need to be hurried to be meaningful. Whether exploring small towns, wandering scenic paths, or simply sitting still long enough to notice what’s around us, these moments often become the ones we remember most.

Mile by Mile is a collection of journeys, reflections, and snapshots from the road — shared thoughtfully and intentionally. Some stories are about places, others about the people we travel with, and many about what we discover along the way.

Thank you for being here. My hope is that these pages encourage you to travel slowly, notice more, and savor each step — one mile at a time.
